Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Puppy Lane Treats.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

I believe in providing the fairest policy available to all customers. That is why if you have purchased treats that you have changed your mind about, or your dog doesn’t like, I typically don’t offer a refund or exchange.

I am unable to accept even unopened quality products because I know that I can’t safely resell a product once it has left my company.

So Please choose wisely and if you are unsure, please review information on my website or contact me for advice.

My Dog Treats come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure e.g. Spoilage…You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
